If I see something on display can I get it immediately or do I have to wait weeks for a delivery?
Everything on our display floor is available for immediate purchase with free collection/delivery. We also have a high volume of stock in our warehouse available for immediate purchase with free collection/delivery.
We also have numerous catalogues at our disposal online and in-store where you can browse and purchase with delivery to your home typically within a few weeks.
Do you stock everything on the website?
The products shown on the website are a selection of the many items that we sell but we do not necessarily hold stock of all of them. We may have website products on display or in our warehouse but we can't guarantee this so please check with us if you intend to visit our shop to view specific items.
If you purchase a product on our website and it is not in stock then we will advise you of a delivery date.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta and Solo with contactless payments available up to £45. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
If you prefer to pay by bank draft or cheque, please make these payable to Homemakers and allow time for the cheque to clear. A personal cheque may take up to 7 working days to clear before we can release your order.
You can also pay by cash in our store or you can pay cash on delivery to the delivery team providing a deposit has already been paid.
Do I need to provide measurements for carpets and blinds?
You can make an approximate measure yourself in order to obtain an estimate.
To get a more exact quotation or proceed with an order we will arrange a home visit by one of our representatives who will measure and plan your job for you at no extra cost to your quotation.
Will you assemble my furniture?
Yes, delivery and installation is included in our prices. Our delivery team will deliver and assemble your goods in to the room of your choice.
Is delivery free?
We offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius for any order value and deliver free to anywhere in Northern Ireland for orders over £499. We can also deliver rugs free to anywhere in the U.K. or Ireland.
Can you dispose of my old furniture?
Yes we can. As a business we are charged by the council to dispose of rubbish and must therefore charge you for any items that we uplift from you. We only charge you the cost of disposal to ourselves and our sales team can provide prices for individual items.
Alternatively, you can contact your local council to uplift large items.

I’m not ready to take delivery of my purchase, can you store my order until I need it?
Yes, providing you’ve paid at least the minimum deposit we can store your items in the short term until you are ready to take delivery.
Do you offer finance packages?
Yes, we offer 0% interest free finance subject to eligibility criteria. Please see the finance section on our website for further details:
Can I pay my order in instalments?
Yes, provided there has been at least a 25% deposit paid for stocked items or a 50% deposit paid for special order items, you can pay your order off. The balance must be cleared before delivery/collection.
Are your stock items available in different sizes and colours?
Many of our pieces on display do come in different variations of colours and sizes. A member of our sales team will be able to advise on individual pieces.
I don’t see exactly what I’m looking for in your showroom, can you source it?
We have numerous stock catalogues in store for customers to purchase from, if you speak to a member of the sales team, they will do everything they can to source what you need.
Can I reserve an item I have seen in your showroom?
A 25% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure any item on display with the remaining balance due before delivery/collection.
